Postpartum munchies
So I’m 8 weeks postpartum. During pregnancy I wasn’t big on snacking and I got full fast. I only gained 25 pounds the whole time. I also had a bad taste in my mouth every time I had soda so I slowed way down on drinking that as well. Now I always feel hungry and thirsty and can’t seem to quench my munchies and dehydration. I also am breastfeeding. Any advice?
