38 weeks pregnant and don't know what we have no more...

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and we are having are rainbow baby soon. I called him today 6 times and no answer. He calls me and tells me that I have no right to text him and ask him why he doesn't answer?.... I'm like I can't ask you that aren't we in a relationship? he stayed quiet and said that's all I have to say. I feel that I can't take this no more not from the guy that says that loves me every night and then out of no where I have no right to ask him a simple question.
