Kinda freaking out, seriously trying not to

This might cause a little anxiety to people who panic easily. So don’t read if that’s the case ❤️I I’ve been waiting all day to post this. Today I had a ten week scan (1st one) according to my lmp. However the baby measured between 5w6d and 6w1d and the gestational sac measured 8w1d. She said I wasn’t at the point where I would see a heartbeat. I found out with a hpt exactly 6 weeks ago. Is the gestational sac discrepancy normal? Are my chances high for a missed miscarriage? Would the gestational sac give off hcg? 🤷🏼‍♀️ is the 4 week discrepancy between lmp and baby normal? Or would I go off the gestational sac 😳🤔🤯 I have another appointment in two weeks and I’m trying not to get excited 😆 but I’m also very nervous. So I just teeter on this edge and I kinda need answers or stories.
