C-section mums with back pain
Yesterday I pulled a muscle/trapped nerve in my lower back by putting my son in the car 😩 the pain is unbearable and I have shooting pains up and down my legs! The nerve pain is right where I had the spinal thingy (7weeks ago).. shall I tell my midwife or be worried the pain is so bad I can hardly walk or move and even breathing in hurts like hell! Or is this just a normal trapped nerve? 😢
