early period maybe extremely nervous!

I've been on tri lo marzia for 6months now. I've taken every pill correctly this month except I took on pill 20 min late in the 1st week of my pill pack this month other than that everyday at 7:59 or 8:00 I would take them. I woke up this morning with this when I whiped..does it look like early period? I have one more active pill in my pill pack for this month. period doesn't usually start till the 2nd day of inactive pills. in May I had sex on may 28th and he ejuclated in me. does this look like anything else but a period I'm extremely nervous. also, I'm kinda cramping this morning not alot.
