Nexplanon implant removal

I’m getting my implant removed due to the overwhelming amount of negative symptoms i’ve been experiencing. I feel like such a quitter because I haven’t been on it very long and already am getting it removed, despite what they say about trying it out for 6 months before making a decision.

For those of you who have been through removal, When did your normal period come back? Did you have to keep the area wrapped for a 24 hrs afterward? Anything else that would be good for me to know? Thank you!!
