Are Second Trimester Headaches A Thing?

Been getting a tension headache almost every single afternoon of week 17!😩Very hydrated, eating well, and blood pressure is good. Trying to hold out on taking any meds if I can! Are you ladies having them too?

The start of my second trimester I had headaches every day. Im 18 weeks and they have let up greatly!

Yes. They are not as frequent at the first trimester ones for me but they are still pretty regular

I was but then they stopped. Now I just get this spot on my forehead that feels like my vein is throbbing. It’ll last for a few hours, give or take, and then stop.

I’ve had headaches almost daily since like 12 weeks. Not fun at all!!! I tried Tylenol a few times, but it didn’t help. I’ve been drinking a soda most says- first thing in the morning (which isn’t what I want to do), but it’s seriously the only thing that helps. My doctor also told me that I could take ibuprofen until 30 weeks, so I’ve done that a few times. I just hate taking medicine so most of the time I just suck it up 😩😩 I need to drink more water!!

Me too. Magnesium helps. Ask your doctor about it.
