TMI/NSFW what's this gross discharge about?

So been working all morning, and I finally get the chance to pee. When I wiped it came with this mostly clear and slightly brown discharge, same thing next time I peed. I'm going to attempt to call my OB but just curious if this has happened with anyone else? I'm having a little idk pain I guess in my vagina. Like a dull ache. I've never had a uti before, could that be it?
