Clomid cycle 2

My first cycle I was on clomid 50mg days 5-9. I had 1 mature follicle and I ovulated by myself. But, my doctor said my progesterone was a little lower then he’d like it to be. So this month he decided to double my dose to 100mg of Clomid on days 3-7. I went in for my mid cycle u/s yesterday and my lining is good and thick and I have 2 mature follicles. One in each side. No trigger shot sense I’ve been ovulating myself. He hopes the higher dose of clomid will up my progesterone. I really want this to work. Fingers crossed!!!!!
