Inducing labor

Hey ladies! I am 39+ weeks and so ready to have this baby. I'm a FTM. I have had complications this whole pregnancy and am so over it! On Tuesday night i woke up to contractions that started out being 2 hours apart and by 7pm the next day they were so painful and consistently 5 minutes apart. We go into Labor and Delivery, they check me.. I'm only 1 cm and 75% effaced. They make me walk for an hour and check me again NO PROGRESS. I got sent home. 😡😡😡 so NOW I am trying to see if any of you were in the same boat and what you did to help yourself progress more? (no I'm not drinking castor oil!) :)
