C-section after Vaginal delivery

So I know the usual topic is VBAC and opposite of what I'm asking. However my baby is Breech at 35 weeks with a very large head, I delivered my first baby vaginally with no pain meds or anything. I'm not to worried about needing a C-Section yet and I'm hoping this baby turns but I want to be prepared still. Has anybody had a vaginal birth then a C-Section? or just both? what are things I can expect that nobody warned you about for a C-Section? Any Tips or tricks? Different things to pack in my hospital bag?
