Exercise during early pregnancy?
So I'm super active and in the Army. I run three miles almost everyday along with weightlifting every other day. Do I need to scale back? my doctor says I should cut it I half but I just don't get the stress relief that way. Plus, I've been doing this for years so it's not like it's new. I have had a couple of miscarriages but also a healthy baby boy too. I'm super early in pregnancy at just 4weeks 3days.
