Starting Over

Hi guys ! I wanted some advices from y’all regarding the fact of starting over in a relationship. I mean starting over with the same person. I had a long talk with my bf about what is not working because things aren’t like they used to be. I’m not as spontaneous as before and as affectionate. I think it’s all the little problems we’ve had that are still on my mind and that makes it hard for me to move on. Him & I really love each other and would love for it to work since we planned so much things together. Do you guys have any advices on how to make things work after several downs.
