How to Get Over the Plateau?
So I was 175-182lb in January. In February, I went Keto. I cut all carbs, no soda, no sugar, no bread or rice, only almond milk, even was meticulous about veggie-carbs.
I Dropped to 145 in 2.5 months, and plateaued.
I have been 140-145 since. Which is great, but I want to be ~130. I pilates and yoga, and walk average of 7,000 steps a day. I bike some days, swim other days.
How do I get through the last 15lb??
