Cramps after Sex!

I’ll give a little back story. (I log each time because trying to avoid getting pregnant, and I want to be as aware as possible)

May 7th we had sex and everything was fine,

My husband went away on storm for 2 weeks and we we got back we had sex again on the 22nd... 2 days later I started my period and it lasted 3 days... a week later the 29th we had sex and by the 31st I woke up with terrible back pain, cramps, which got so bad I was almost in tears, that lasted an hour, intensifying and then got mellow to where they only hurt when I moved certain ways etc... one week later June 5th we had sex and the next day it happened again, with the cramps, back pain, and intensifying, then to a dull pain for the remainder of the day..

I made an apt with my OB, but it isn’t untill July, I don’t want to have sex again because I’m worried it’s going to hurt.

Any ideas ?
