Step dad wrong?? updated

So my stepdad will sometimes slap my butt and sometimes will chase me around the house and grab me as a ‘game’ i suppose. my mom is usually present with this happens. i’m 16. it makes me a bit uncomfortable but i’m not sure if this rlly counts as sexual harassment or anything. He has also once grabbed me and put an icecube down the front of my shirt and has swiped my boob before (barely touched it but i think it was accidental)... help?

edit again: he’s been with my mom for about 8(?) years and he’s only recently started doing it, probably since i was 14 ish (again i’m 16 now)
