So frustrated, I want a baby

I got my Mirena removed May 29th. I never had a period while using it. I had sex the day of removal and there was a little bit of bleeding. I had sex 2 days after and I got one day of medium bleeding and after that nothing else. I have no period still, my breast are super sore, I am nauseous, tired, but all the pregnancy tests are negative. Also all the ovulation rest are negative. How am I supposed to make a baby when there’s not even a period? Can you ladies share your experience!
