nexplanon vs mirena
which one will help with heavy and painful periods? I am going to my doctor. these are my last 2 options. depo made me gain weight, mini pills haven't helped my periods and I cant use the combo pill, patch or ring cuz I cant take estrogen. also spotting is not an issue for me- since my periods are so heavy I would love to even have a light flow but ideally no periods at all. thanks!
