Please help
For the past couple days I’ve had a couple spot like bumps under the skin on my hands it feels like splinters, so I just out it down to that today I’ve had several more come out on my hands it’s hard to explain you can’t see them unless you put pressure on them like white spots it sort of feels like stinging nettle pains when I open and close my hands it feels stingy I’m 11 weeks pregnant any idea what this could be , thanks
