Blood test reschedule 🤔

Back story; called dr office Monday (6/11) and told them I was a week late (af was due (6/2). They told me to wait a week and if I still hadn’t started by today, to call again. I told them all my symptoms, spotting a week before period(not normal), flu like symptoms, nausea, headaches. Initially they scheduled me to come in tomorrow and get a urine test, but a few minutes later called and said “I was doing some thinking and I think you should come in today and get a blood test done” ???

Not sure if this means anything, or if I should be worried. I just thought it was kind of odd. Opinions??
