Constipation
Hello ladies: I am 7 weeks and 3 days and have a question. I have had a huge issue with severe constipation my whole life. Before I was pregnant I would take Senakot S (8 pills) every day. I’m wondering if anyone suffers from this, and what I can do for relief? I take the senna (4 pills) twice a week but that’s not super helpful.
This is my first pregnancy and of course I google everything!
