Hey mamas....is there anything else that’s worked for you for constipation besides prunes, prune juice, and lots of water??

Metamucil, it's just a fiber capsule. I prefer the capsules over the powder (it's so gross)

Orange juice and fruit. Strawberries. I mixed prune and orange juice, it was a godsend!
