Loosing black clots no pain

Hi I am currently 6/7 weeks pregnant

II started spotting 2 weeks ago and had a scan a few days later this showed a gestational sac nothing else I was scheduled to go foe another scan today however on Thursday I felt a gush of blood and went to the ER - the Dr did my bag it was 25000, previously was 1700 2 days earlier, did a speculam check to look at my cervix and seemed happy with that

I also had another scan - dr stated she could see a sac and yolk and for me to go back in 10 days which will be a week today - she said the bleeding was coming from my uterus but did not elaborate or seem concerned with it I thought I had stopped bleeding yesterday and just had brownish pink d/C until last night I wiped and there was a black blood clot I've had 2 more today but I have had absolutely no pain has anyone experienced this or can give me advice please x x TIA
