Want to start keto



Recently I've started looking up diets and the one that I keep reading about is the keto diet. I don't know how exactly to go about it. Where do I start with it? What are some recipies I could use (easy preferred) . I recently moved and became a stay at home mom with a 5month old our old apartment was a studio and had super small mirrors so I couldn't really see myself but now that I have a good look at myself I know (also clothes became tighter) I've gained a lot of weight. I actually got a scale and I'm upset that I'm now 230lbs. Before I had my baby I was 190. Help please! I also started working out as well when I'm not attending the baby.
