So I had some blood tests done I went in for my sciatica pain they told me my blood test came back abnormal and a marker for anemia was found and referred me to a geneticist. I’m freaking out what does this mean? I asked but she said she didn’t know. How to read those results that’s why I need to see a specialist. I just want my baby to be ok and now I’m freaking out. I mentioned that I was prone to anemia when I was young and that with my last pregnancy I was anemic. So she said maybe that’s why. But I got no real info. It didn’t help that she mentioned sickle cell and didn’t bother to explain any further.
