so I have been hearing great reviews about evening primrose supplements and how they help period pain, flow and level hormones. i decided to start taking them and my period is supposed to appear in 8 days...I am kinda scared and hopeful that I would have a great result taking the supplements because lately my period has been weird: spotting before when I never had, huge clots or numerous clots and this month I had discharge for one day during ovulation. Have any of you ladies had a great result from taking evening primrose? also, I read it might be a blood thinner so do I keep taking it when my period appears or just stop for those days?
