Anatomy scan scheduled for 17 weeks...?

Anyone else had/having an anatomy scan this early? My last baby I went in a 20.4 (same MFM office) is there a reason to do it early? Any reason to ask them to put it off for a few weeks? 
I’m not personally worried about this baby, I’ve seen him twice and he’s been active and ahead of schedule each time but I’m not sure of going early means they may miss something? 😬

I think they generally do appointments every 4 weeks at this point so it may have been when 4 weeks hit. I was thinking about this when I was scheduling my first appointment. like if I go at 8 weeks I'll be there at 12, 16 and then 20 for ultrasound. If I did 10 weeks I'd be there at 14 then 18 so I would have an earlier ultrasound lol I only thought about it bc that's when we're finding out gender.

I just scheduled mine yesterday and they said they could schedule me as early as July 27th when I will be 19 weeks 3 days.

I booked a gender assessment at a 3d ultrasound place for 18 weeks but they do as early as 16 weeks there. My regular scan is scheduled for 2 days later lol but my husband will have to work for that one so hoping baby cooperates for the 3D scan :-)

Mine just got scheduled for 17 weeks as well! My last one was at 18 weeks... 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had mine with my last baby at 18 weeks, this time I’m having it at 19.

the earliest we are allowed to have them at my hospital is 19 weeks. your hospital might just have good equipment.
