Possible movement?

So I’m going to be 12 weeks tomorrow and I swear I felt some movement last night! I’ve been paying close attention to the sounds and the feelings that my tummy and tummy area can make and this felt nothing like the usual, bloating, gas etc. I was laying on my stomach and I was just about to fall asleep and I felt what I can only describe as a small flipping feeling in the region where the baby would be located. Am I going absolutely insane? This is my second pregnancy and I do have a small bump (however said bump is located under some tummy fat lol)
