So I've been using the Clearblue advanced digital ovulation kit since CD 8 to pinpoint my surge. On days 8-11 I got a low result (empty cirle) on days 12-15 I got high fertility (flashing smiley) and this morning, around 5 am, CD 16 I got a positive OPK (solid smiley) :

I confirmed with a Rite Aid brand line ovulation test and the test result was only slightly lighter than the control line:

I waited all day and decided to take another test (Dollar tree brand) to see what the result was (took the test at approximately 6pm) :

my questions are, 1. would you consider the Rite Aid and Dollar tree tests positive since the Clearblue said I hit my peak?

2. When you get a positive ovulation test, how soon after are you actually supposed to ovulate? Hubby and I are trying to BD at the right time to have the best changes to get pregnant. Thank you!
