He's finally here!

Well at exactly 39 weeks my little one decided to make his presence into this world!!! I was scheduled to have a c-section 6/15/18 but explained to the doctor if baby was head down and I went into labor early, I'd like to try a vaginal birth. My first son was breech and never turned so I was scheduled for a c-section and everything went fine, so that's this time I wanted to try a vbac. So Monday, 6/11/18 after a day of walking I started to have some bleeding which was my mucus plug starting to come out, went to hospital was dilated 1cm so they had me walk for 1hr there to see if I dilated more but I didn't so I went home. The minute I walked through my door my contractions started at about 1 am, I labored at home from 1 to 5 in the morning so when I couldn't take the pain anymore my husband drove me to the hospital and they admitted me. I was 3cm so they got me comfortable and gave me an epidural. I wanna say I was in labor for 24 hrs finally dilated 10 cm by 6pm 6/12/18 and started to push but baby was not really moving down. I must have pushed for about 3hrs and still nothing, doc decided to not give anymore epidural so I could feel pressure to push but OMG!!! I could not bear the pain and push cuz I was already exhausted from pushing previously. Anyhow, after all that I had to have a c-section and at 11:37 Ian Danfert Carrion was born!!! Weighing 8lbs 4 oz. 20 inches long!! Healthy boy and couldn't be happier!!
