Anyone have HG and find something that helps?

Anyone have hyperemesis gravidarum( severe morning sickness) and find anything that works? Not pregnant yet but TTC and terrified of that part of it. I was insanely sick with my other kids. I'd like to try to get ahead of it this time if I can :/

Your OB/MW should be aware of your history with HG and have your medication ready for you to start the moment you find out you’re pregnant. The sooner you start your medication you’re usually a lot better off.

I suffer with HG terribly and I found a pregnancy sickness support website that says to start the medication when you find out you’re pregnant...prevention being better than cure! I’m now 6 weeks and started my cyclizine and vitamin b6 as soon as I found out! So far I’m nauseous but nowhere near like I would be if I had waited for it to hit!
