Questions you wish you asked before IUI/IVF

Hi all - I have PCOS (my husband has no issues) and after six months of treatments not ending in pregnancy (letrozol + trigger shot and monitoring), I am meeting with my doctor tomorrow to talk about options moving forward. I assume she’ll want to move forward with IUI and then if that doesn’t work, do IVF.

What questions do you wish you asked your doctor before doing IUI or IVF? I want to come in prepared, since I never get as much time with her as I would want (I mostly talk to my nurse). Also, do you wish you went straight to IVF?

These last six months have been really hard on me physically, emotionally, and spiritually - I just want to do something that works!!! Thanks for all your help ❤️
