Extreme bruising?

Does anyone bruise really easy or could there be something up with me? I had my arm down behind my boyfriend's bed plugging my charger in, it was a little tight but it wasn't painful and I woke up with this..

This was a few days later too so it has went down slightly. I get bruises like this everywhere, even my inner thighs ect like how could I bang the inside of my thigh? I don't know how I've got 75% of the bruises (I don't drink either so it's not like I'm drunk bashing myself up or falling and not remembering.) Do i just bruise super easy or is something wrong? I don't remember ever being like this
