Low counts. Vas Reversal

So my husband had a vasectomy reversal and we have been ttc for 3 months, I know it isn't that long but we just got his counts back and they said he has 6 million per millimeter when the cut off for low sperm count is 15 million. I am sitting here super sad and discouraged while my husband went back to work... Are we just never going to have a baby? How can we work around this? Has anyone else been in this boat? I feel so heartbroken now. The reversal was so expensive I'm not sure we could pursue any other options at this point....
