This may be crazy but was wondering if i could eat this. Only reason why I’m asking is cause isn’t this soft cheese?

2-if you’re in America you’d have to look really hard for unpasteurized cheese.

even the soft cheeses are now pasteurized in the US because of safety laws. I always double checked but literally never found a single one that wasn't. and girl that's cheese product, not cheese 😝

Soft cheese is referring to Brie, feta, Camembert, ricotta. You can eat that cheese with the ritz crackers

I’ve always heard you can have anything pasteurized and it’s unpasteurized cheese you stay away from. You should be fine to eat it I ate stuff like this all through my pregnancy
