Could i have ovulated that fast ?

I’m technically on cd 22 if you counted my miscarriage as a period and yesterday cd 21 I got my first positive opk at 4pm then I tested again at 10pm and it was negative, I figured it was too diluted cause I had peed in between 4pm-10pm a few times so I just tested again this morning it’s 6:50am for me right now and it was negative could my ovulation came and gone in that very short 12 hour period or is there something wrong with my clear blue digital I’m so confused , pleas help ladies 🙌💕
