Rock climbing
Any other rock climbers? I climb indoors in Florida, going on my first outdoor trip to CO in July the 1st week of my 3rd trimester. Wondering if there are any other climbers with tips for climbing preggo?
For those concerned, don’t be :) I’m cleared by my doc, use a pregnancy harness, and usually just autobelay.
