metal taste???

ladies I'm dying over here! I have the worst metal taste in my mouth and I hate it  everything I eat and drink also taste like metal... How did you cope with this or help it go away??

I have it . Sunflower seeds help, or pepper jack cheese. Only happened when I ate something sweet

lol its from an iron deficiency, talk to your Dr about getting iron supplements and testing your iron levels.

The only thing I find that does work is brush my teeth everytime I get it, doing this I end up brushing my teeth anything from 2 - 4 time a day!
