Saving my dog from a car

Okay so i was taking my dog for a walk and after he does his business he likes to run back to the house and i live in a townhome complex. So we were right across from the house and as soon as he got done a car came and he ran out and i tried grabbing him and my nail went BACK!!! 😭😭 I didn’t even feel it because of the adrenaline and my birthday is next month and i had to take my acrylic nails off but i NEED my nails for my birthday i just need to know is there something the nail tech can do?????

And then my nail started to grow back like a week after but it stopped
