Tips?
So I'm a 17 year old girl who's starting her last year of high school. What am I going to do when I get out? Have no fucking clue😂! But I do know that I want to start a healthy diet and start to loose weight. As to my own knowledge I'm 5'2 and 140 lbs. My doctor tells me I'm a little above what I need to be according to the "Graph" they go by. My mother on the other hand makes me feel horrible about my body. Saying i shouldn't eat this or that, because I'll get to fat. At first I thought my doctor and mother were fucking retarded. But now I understand. I don't feel healthy so I guess I'm not healthy at all. So I've been cutting down on eating anything. I only eat a little but a day. At most I eat two meals a day. Lunch and Dinner. No snacks or nothing. Have I've seen any progres? Fuck no. It makes me sad, because I want to make my mother proud, but when I try, she shuts me down. I don't know what to do. Do i need to work out more or do u need another diet plan? Please help. Body image below
