INFECTED NOSE PIERCING

My nose ring is literally stuck in my nose. I’ve tried neosporin and tea tree oil but it will not go away. I just tried to take it out but it’s not budging. I seriously have no idea what to do. HELP!!

Also the reason it’s infected is 100% my fault. They pierced me with a stud but after only two weeks I changed into a nose hoop. I know I’m an idiot but for a while it was fine and then suddenly this huge bump popped up! Now I gets caught on everything and it’s so frustrating but I’m definitely going to try out the suggestions below! If I can get this hoop out I’m going straight for my stud!
