help.....UTI? or pregnancy?

So I got a uti a couple of weeks back, my first one ever. I did my duty and went to the doctor asap and took my antibiotics as instructed and waited before having sex again. Now my lady parts were good for about a week or so, no discomfort or anything. The past few days however it's irritable and now I find myself up at 3am with the urge to pee and nothing is calming it down I can't sleep. I am on nexplanon (it will be my 3rd year next January) so I don't get a period. I was reading some other sites saying it's possible to be pregnant if I'm getting a uti. Not gonna lie I haven't felt like myself lately. I'm typically not super emotional but I've cried a ton lately and haven't been able to eat as much cuz I'll get nauseous. Do you think it's possible that the uti is a early pregnancy sign ? Going to take a home pregnancy test tomorrow, just wondering what y'all think since I can't sleep anyways ....
