Warning: Poo

So my dog pooed this out just a few minutes ago. I was worried about how it looked so I went digging with a stick and this is what I found inside. I have no clue what the pink is, I assume that the gray/white is hair, and she's been pooping the black stuff out occasionally for a few days now, but there's no black fabric of any kind in the house so I have no idea where she's gotten that from, and the greenish stuff is probably hay because she likes eating the hay that falls out of the guinea pig cage. She hasn't been acting any differently aside from having lose poo every now and then, and getting sick once this morning. Other than that she's been completely normal. Eating and drinking fine, playing with her sister like usual. I just don't know what to think about this.
