First miscarriage.. Just needing some support..

So I found out I was pregnant May 20th after almost 2 years TTC. After thinking I was 9 weeks along, I went for a free ultrasound at a non profit clinic. I was told nothing was there, then all of a sudden there could be TWO babies and was actually measuring about 6 weeks.. So I was freaking out, of course, so I went to the emergency room for a second opinion. After 5 hours the doctor told me I had a sac, the yolk, but no baby. She also said there was a fetal pole, which I didn't know at the time is a baby. So I left the hospital thinking I lost my baby. I went and explained to the midwife I had been seeing what I was told. She said we'll do some hcg tests and figure things out that way. My hcg levels at the hospital were 75,000. In 24 hours they went up to 84,000. So my midwife was very hopeful about the pregnancy. So we took some more blood to test that. She said in 72 hours my levels should be at least 160,000. My midwife said the sac was measuring 8 weeks and the baby itself was measuring 6 weeks. So that right there told me something was wrong.. Well I went to my appointment today for my blood work results and my hcg levels went down to about 64,000.. Which means I'm not having a healthy pregnancy and that I have to wait for the inevitable miscarriage.

So I haven't had cramping or bleeding yet, so I have to wait for all of that to come..

Just looking for someone to talk to about this.. I'm okay at the moment because our bodies know what to do, but I could have a breakdown at any moment. I just don't know.
