10 weeks 2 days LORD GIVE ME STRENGTH!
Don’t get me wrong so thankful to be pregnant ** Some mornings I wake up digging the tiny bump and I’m like YAASSS. But today, my BOOBS ARE ON FIRE, I have always been on the little titty committee so they have a lot of growing to do. And the gas is unbelievable, I’m doing dance classes to try and lose weight! I was 145 before and now im about 150 but I lost a lot of muscle, what do you ladies do to work out while pregnant? Anyone still run? I know all kinds of articles go back and forth my ob said since I ran before I can run now as long as I never exhaust myself to a point where I can’t keep convo while running!
