So I’m on period and on nexplanon and I just got it a month ago and this is my first period and my so and I had sex this morning and he came in me and i looked just a few minutes ago and I stopped bleeding, does this mean anything?

No, it doesn’t mean anything. It’s just a side effect of Nexplanon. Progestin only methods like Nexplanon are most known for causing irregular bleeding. So, bleeding can start & stop at any given time.
