Confused

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 7 years 8 months and 9 days. We still aren’t married 😫 nor engaged. We are on our second baby. What am I not doing right to get a ring. I went to nursing school and graduated (6/19) and thought he was going to do it then and NOTHING. I constantly complain but idt it’s getting me anywhere. I tell him I’m not going to be anyone’s gf past 10 years. Like I get mad how everyone around me is getting married or engaged and I cnt even get a ring. Like someone help me out.
