Ovulation...???

I got the shot of methotrexate on 5/27. My ob has been checking my levels and as of Wednesday they are down to zero! Yesterday I finally stopped bleeding after continuous bleeding for 3 weeks. The past couple of days I started test with opks (more so just wanting to start tracking for when we do wanna start trying again), and the tests are starting to get darker. Today I have been having signs of ovulation, lots of ewcm. Is it possible to ovulate this early? Or am I just going crazy.
