So confused

So I just got back from this church camp. I am a younger teen btw. I met this boy there, and I really think he fell for me by the end of the 3 days. He always hung out with me, and there were many signs he liked me. BUT he doesn't go to my school, and doesn't have a phone. (He's working to get money for one). I only see him at church, and that's very limited. #1, I really fell for him too, but we haven't discussed our feelings yet. I need more time with him!!! #2, I need to keep his interest, but it's hard when we can't talk. There's an event on Sunday he said he's probably going to, and hopefully he will show up. I'm going now just to see him. I really hope nothing comes up and he can go. I can maybe get his landline number. I miss him so much and I'm so sad because I didn't even hug him goodbye or even tell him I'd miss him. He doesn't know I feel like this because I NEVER manage to say the right things in the moment. HELP ME!? Any advice/ ideas/ stress relieving things to say?!!?!?
