Help!!! Anyone know what this is!?

This appeared on my two week olds face and forehead two nights ago. Anyone know what this is? How do I treat it? He doesn’t act like it bothers him, but it does me! Please help!

We had that on our baby when he was 2 days old I put breastmilk on it and it cleared in a couple days

Try applying breast milk to the area. Also coconut oil works wonders as well. It just looks like the new skin baby acne. Dont wash with soap just use water and a soft wash cloth.

Totally normal. It’s baby acne! My son has it and I’ve been putting breast milk on it and it seems to be going down

Looks like baby acne. You can try breast milk on his face. Don’t put lotion on them. They will go away with time.
